Here’s Why Time Management Has Wasted Your Time

Time Management has not worked for you, if you still suffer from #stress, have a #ToDoList that is never done do not let #procrastination get in your way, read on.

Time Management

Cover to Myth of Time Management

As a Sales and Marketing Manager for over 30 years and, like you, trying all kinds of ways to manage time, I went on to become a University Senior Lecturer. Here I was asked to teach Time Management to managers and other students. Despite my best efforts, I finally concluded that Time Management does not work.

So, after 10 years research, I began to unravel the truth about Time Management theories and practice. I have come to the conclusion that Time Management is a myth. You cannot manage time but you can have timelyness.

The solution was not so easy to find, but now I am launching it not just as a book, but also as a blog, an e-book and online training programme.

If you are thinking this is another self-help book with a fancy title that, as Suzanne Harrington wrote, they tend to be – Self Help is No Help“, then think again.

The Myth of Time Management is a powerful Personal Development programme that:

  • Pulls on research from a multitude of disciplines including management and mind-body sciences.
  • Brings you an alternative and practical approach on how you utilise your time to be more efficient and effective, helping you to lead a happier life
  • Uses approaches that are mindful have been shown to reduce anxiety, depression and stress by 50% (The Guardian).

All research is referenced, so you can explore it yourself.  Each chapter has activities to help you apply the learning and improve your skills step by step.

It utilises modern digital technologies, but is based on practices that have stood the test of time.

I will be offering a range of media to suit you. If you like reading paper books or e-books, watching videos, doing online courses then we will have an option that suits you and your lifestyle.

I am currently doing editorial checks. If you think you would be interested in this work, then just follow the blog using the email subscription facility on the right.

Alternatively follow me on your favourite social network by clicking on the social media buttons, Facebook,  or   LinkedIN  and Twitter.

As a Follower or subscriber you will see posts and tips to get a sense on what this new approach is about and help in the new approach  of TIMELYNESS

You will also be offered preferential rates on publication and free samples so you can get a sense of what it is all about, before making any commitments.

Time to act, so start following these posts and become a better time person. Its free, so you have nothing to lose.
