Top 3 reasons you should not learn time management
Yes, the top 3 reasons why you should forget it. Try a new more natural approach, to #time management and stress. Gain greater #self-awareness, #self-worth and have more effective time management #skills.
Top 3 Reasons
1) It gives you a false impression
It gives you a false impression that you can control time. So you start to think you can save time. In any given day you will have 24 hours, no more, no less. The richest (Bill Gates), the most powerful (Vladimir Putin)and the abundantly creative people (Thomas Edison) in the world have, or had the same time as you.
2) It makes you believe you can manage time
It makes you believe you can manage time, and that time is the problem. Your perception of time may change according to the situation. You may feel time flies or goes slow, but the reality is that time is well defined and cannot be managed or manipulated. It is known that stress can increase the amount of chemicals in the brain and this impacts on your perception of how long a second is.
3) It starts with Life Goals
It starts with Life Goals, which in itself can create more work for you and more problems. If you are stressed or depressed with you current situation, then you are unlikely to be on a good place mentally to define your future. I am not suggesting that Life Goals do not have a role to play in defining how you spend your time. However, if you are struggling with time now, you are unlikely to make any progress towards achieving them. Besides, life can change over-night with a critical event, just when you least expect it. What matters first, is your time now. What matters first is short term goals that you can achieve. (Action For Happiness)
You should not learn time management as:
> It gives you false impressions on what you can do with time, and that you can manage time
> It creates more work when you are in a state of needing to do less.
You can use your power to make change now and solve these problems by learning a new approach.
